In addition, the first 1,000 addresses participating in the regular staking (as of June 20) will receive a 7-day limited-time early bird reward with an annualized rate of return (APR) of up to 200%. The early bird reward is expected to be issued on June 21. It is reported that Merlin Chain has conducted three phases of PoS Prestage staking activities, with a total of 108 million MERL participating in flexible staking. The fixed income plan launched this time will run in parallel with the existing 15% annualized active staking, aiming to provide more options for long-term MERL holders. In the future, Merlin Chain plans to expand the staking mechanism, including introducing staking pools and supporting multi-asset staking to improve network security and participation.
